Student Satisfaction = Loyalty




A 2009 study focused it's research on student loyalty to their school after graduation. 

"It is established that customer satisfaction best predicts students' loyalty to their alma mater."

Now the question turns to what creates a "satisfying"  experiences for the students? Here is what the research concludes.

"Finally, in as much as schools cannot be run like other businesses, the present study has shown that some predictors of loyalty in other organizations also predict loyalty to college after graduation."
